1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace, signing in, or using Mealdesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
Mealdesk is a cloud-based management information system for restaurants and cafes. Features include POS, kitchen display, table management, inventory, recipes, payroll, accounting, and a tenant website builder. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. The owner of a workspace controls who is invited and what role each user has. You may not share accounts or impersonate another user.
4. Data and privacy
Your data belongs to your workspace. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
5. Payment and subscriptions
Mealdesk may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel or downgrade at any time; refunds are handled according to the refund policy posted at the time of purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Mealdesk for unlawful activity, to send spam, to attack our infrastructure, or to reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
Mealdesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mealdesk after changes means you accept the updated terms.
